		<description>Alex, I would -love- to have local shops and farms to buy from, but regardless of living in &#039;the heartland&#039; those are few and far between.  I suppose all we can do, given that I have yet to find a recovery meeting/relapse prevention/12-step group for people such as ourselves, is try to succumb as rarely as is possible and learn to forgive ourselves when we do.

I&#039;ll keep my eyes open for professional help for us both.</description>
